First Encounter

Anomaly #0421 was first encountered by a Twitter user who claimed to have interacted with it while playing a horror game on the Roblox platform. Shortly after, the user's Twitter account was deleted for unknown reasons.

The user described the anomaly as a strange image of a bald woman that remained completely silent for an extended period of time before eventually sending a message through the game, directing the user to a specific website.

The website displayed seemingly random text, believed to be a non-standard Vigenère encryption tableau. A screenshot of the website serves as the first known concrete evidence confirming the anomaly's existence.

At this time, there is no clear information explaining why the anomaly directed the user to this website. Attempts to access the site using the original URL have since failed.

No screenshots or footage of the anomaly itself were ever captured; as a result, the website screenshot remains the only recorded evidence of its existence.

The current status of both the website and Anomaly #0421 remains unknown.
